With more than twenty years of international experience, he is regarded as an expert in international tax and legal counsel. He has held positions with Deloitte, KPMG and Grant Thornton, among others, in New York (United States), Southampton (Great Britain), Gibraltar and Spain. Fernando has published articles and comments on Spanish tax and legal matters with the Tax Journal (Lexis Nexis) and the financial paper Expansion and has acted as an adviser to the Spanish Embassies in London and Dublin.
