Neil Goodman-Smith

Chambers Manager, Neil Goodman-Smith, qualified as a solicitor in 1973 and has been a litigation partner in private practice, an Assistant Principal Legal Aid Counsel with the Hong Kong Government, solicitor with the Criminal Appeals Office in the Royal Courts of Justice before becoming Chambers Director and a co-founder of BarristerWeb in 2001 with Andrew Hutchins.

Andrew Hutchins

Senior Clerk, Andrew Hutchins, heads the clerking team and has been a clerk since 1975 starting in the chambers of Sir Edward Gardner QC, and moving on to the chambers of Mr WP Grieve QC, before becoming senior clerk to chambers in Leicester, Northampton and London. He is a member of the Institute of Barristers Clerks and has acted on behalf of the Institute assisting chambers in difficulties.
