Having commenced her legal career at one of the leading employment law chambers in the country, she has represented hundreds of satisfied individuals and businesses throughout her 14 year career.
Sheila’s specialisms are employment, family and immigration law. She is also a commercial and family mediator. She often assists her clients from the very outset of their claims, and is regularly praised for her down to earth, sensitive, yet practical approach. She works closely with her clients in order to ensure that they achieve the best possible results and so that they feel fully supported along the way. Her strong client relationships have meant that she receives a lot of referrals and repeat business.
Employment Law
Sheila deals with all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law work, including but not limited to Discrimination, Unfair Dismissal, advising on compromise agreements, TUPE issues, and drafting contracts.
Family Law
Sheila deals with all aspects of family work including child arrangements, ancillary relief cases, and pre-nuptial agreements. She is also a qualified family mediator.
Immigration Law
Sheila deals with all aspects of contentious immigration law, and regularly undertakes work in the First & Upper Tier tribunals, Judicial Review cases and the Court of Appeal
Mediation
Sheila is a CEDR and ADR accredited commercial and family mediator. She has trained hundreds of people in mediation around the world. With a combined background in coaching and law for over 10 years, Sheila is ideally placed to work with all the parties to come to an acceptable solution for all concerned.
Sheila accepts work under the public access scheme.
